Children who are homeless or aging out of foster care are among the most vulnerable. They often lack access to essential health services. Many of these children are eligible for Medicaid and the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) but not enrolled, and the Affordable Care Act extends Medicaid coverage to youth aging out of foster care until they are 26 years old. This webinar explores the special considerations for reaching vulnerable youth and features insight from experts on conducting outreach and enrollment to this population.
